Sheila Her is the Director of Operations & Signature Events at HandsOn Twin Cities (HOTC). She oversees business operations, data management, employee experience, and HOTC’s signature events.

Prior to HandsOn Twin Cities, Sheila designed and led volunteer programs for two prominent mega-events in Minneapolis - Super Bowl LII with 10,000 volunteers and the 2019 Final Four Men’s Basketball Championship with 2,500 volunteers. Her experience in the sports industry was preceded by her work in the nonprofit sector, where she planned special events and conferences, and coordinated hospital volunteer programs. Her diverse experience has given her valuable insight into the various intricacies of managing successful programs, events, and operations.

In her personal time, Sheila enjoys traveling; kayaking; making hygge happen; and spending time with family, friends, and her dog (a black, tan, and white Shiba Inu).
