Connected For Change (formerly known as Impact Day) leverages the collective skills of volunteers and organizations to create solutions for positive social impact. We pair nonprofits in need of capacity-building support to a team of experts in their field who give their time pro bono to tackle challenges and develop tangible solutions. As a sponsor of Connected For Change, we reserve space for your employees to participate as pro bono volunteers.

We tailor pro bono opportunities for your employees that make a huge impact in our community. Through our Pro Bono Advisory Program, we design, develop, and implement innovative ways for employees to use their skills for good from day-long events to robust sustainable engagements.

We work with you to craft a hands-on project that is ready to be delivered, opened, and completed by your employees wherever they are. These projects are highly customizable and examples include sock bundles for the homeless and snack packs for under-served youth. Available to anyone but an ideal option to deliver a seamless giving opportunity for cross-country teams.
Customize hands on projects
We deliver managed hands-on volunteer projects at your worksite or out in the community for 25-1000+ participants. Project examples include toys for animal rescues, food packaging, outdoor beautification, and more! We coordinate every logistical element to plan, execute, and manage your customized employee volunteer service project, ensuring a meaningful experience for participants.

We provide complementary volunteer opportunity referrals to nonprofit partners based on community need and your employee interest. At 100 years young, we are the nation’s first and only full service volunteer center and work with more than 500 nonprofits annually. We are confident we will be able to find your ideal nonprofit partner.
