Kelsey Wright (she/they) is a Corporate Project Planner. They are motivated by helping volunteers find causes they are passionate about and creating systems that move efficiently and are inclusive of everyone.

Kelsey has spent the past seven years facilitating positive volunteer experiences in the Twin Cities. At Second Harvest Heartland, she developed streamlined processes for warehouse and volunteer operations, and led initiatives to create an equitable and welcoming environment for staff and volunteers. Their experience in team building, systems optimization, and public speaking allows them to support organizations in mobilizing volunteers effectively.

Kelsey’s passion for service extends beyond their professional work. She has also contributed to workforce development, youth mentorship, and hands-on community projects through roles at Habitat for Humanity, Tree Trust, and Free Bikes 4 Kidz. They are dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys biking, crafting, and exploring the outdoors. You can find her trying new foods all around the Twin Cities. She also enjoys all the Twin Cities Lakes have to offer whether frozen or warm and sunny. They are always game for a bike ride whether it leads across town, through the woods, or to a great camp spot!
