At “Find Your Cause,” you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local nonprofits to learn ways to make a difference in the community and converse with like-minded individuals. You’ll also get to experience firsthand the impact you can have through a mini on-site volunteer project.

Feel free to stop by anytime during this open house event. While you're at the Market at Malcolm Yard, enjoy some amazing eats and drinks, including happy hour. "Find Your Cause" is your gateway to meaningful experiences, new connections, and a chance to give back. As we head into the season of giving, "Find Your Cause" is your opportunity to get active, stay informed, and support the causes that are shaping the future.

Young Professionals of Minneapolis (YPM) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to create economic equity within the Greater MSP community by shaping young professionals to be well-rounded. Leadership Twin Cities

Leadership Twin Cities empowers individuals with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to be effective leaders and agents of positive change for their community. During this nine-month community leadership program, participants will dive deep into critical issues impacting the Greater MSP Region to expand their awareness of issues, understanding of complex social systems, and ability to take civic action to foster inclusive regional growth.
